SafeSpace Children’s Advocacy Center of the Gorge is a single point of contact for child abuse victims in the Columbia River Gorge to get the help they need.
Through coordinated support services that reduce further trauma and offer justice and hope, children and their families can begin their healing process.

SafeSpace is the
Gorge’s only nonprofit that coordinates the efforts of child protection staff, law enforcement professionals, family advocates, medical experts, and mental health clinicians under one roof.

Every year, 1 in 7 children will experience abuse and the United States has the highest rate of child abuse and neglect of any industrialized nation in the world. Learn about the signs of abuse and what you
can do to help.

Your involvement and donations play a huge part in our efforts to advocate for child abuse victims in the Gorge and help them find the justice, hope, and healing they need to become survivors.
