The Director of Operations serves as a key leader within the organization and acts as the primary liaison to the Board of Directors. The Mental health Provider position will provide comprehensive, compassionate, evidence-based trauma-focused mental health services to children and families in a culturally and developmentally appropriate manner; Foster resilience, promote healing, and enhance overall health of our clients to address their unique needs with the goal of maximizing individual and family functioning. as well as participate in and/or lead group sessions. We are an interdisciplinary nonprofit organization coordinating efforts of child protection staff, law enforcement professionals, family advocates, medical experts, and mental health clinicians under one roof. The Forensic Interviewer is a member of the clinical team. Core responsibilities of the position include conducting developmentally and culturally sensitive interviews of children and adolescents referred for assessment. Assessments can include concerns of sexual abuse, physical abuse, neglect, and domestic violence.
